Special Council Meeting  

August 5, 2011 

4:30 p.m. 

Minutes 

Present:  Mayor Harley, Councilmen Smith, Wright, and Andrews; Councilman Tucker by Skype; City Attorney Tydings and City Administrator Eidson. 

Executive Session: Councilman Andrews – Motion to enter into executive session to discuss personnel matters; seconded by Councilman Wright.  Vote – unanimous.  Entered into executive session at 4:32 p.m.  Councilman Tucker had to sign off Skype during executive session at 4:53 p.m. 

Executive session ended; open meeting reconvened at 4:55 p.m. 

Resolution & Affidavit: Motion to adopt resolution – Councilman Wright; seconded by Councilman Smith.  Vote unanimous.  Resolution and affidavit attached to and made a part of these minutes. 

No other action/discussion.  Meeting adjourned at 4:59 p.m.
